Winter is Here

The snow just seems to keep falling. It is only a few days into the official winter season and already I am sick of it. All this cold weather certainly makes planning our event that much more exciting. I might be stuck with the snow but I am looking towards the south to the wonderful warm weather and deliciously spicy cajun foods of New Orleans. Each new dish I sample makes me all the more excited to share them with you in March!
